


The project aims to aid professionals in offering relevant careers guidance to migrants through effective and easy to use tools and methods.

Through developing key staff competencies, the project addresses cultural and language barriers that hinder access to employment opportunities for those with a migrant background.

Ultimately reducing migrants’ risk of unemployment or work that does not reflect their qualifications and skill sets.

My Career: Effective migrant work integration
A new European project promoted by ACLI Bergamo Aps and LoPe - Association for microintegration (Skien, Norway) to help professionals improve career guidance services to migrants. Through the sharing of good practices and operational tools, the project aims to develop the key competences of staff, addressing cultural and language barriers that hinder access to employment opportunities for those with a migrant background.
