Relations between Staff and Volunteers

Every local community has a set of resources that can help migrants with their professional and social integration-but sometimes these resources have to be activated.
These resources can come first and foremost from volunteers who reside in the area. Volunteers can be of great help to professionals: they bring contacts and knowledge of the local social and productive fabric, introduce new points of view and seek an empathetic and constant relationship with users, which complements and balances the result-oriented work typical of professional organisations.

Davide explains the importance of involving volunteers on the ground for truly effective work

Accompanying volunteers to address the needs of the territory: the coordinating role of staff

Within communities, everyone contributes, which is extremely important: Davide tells us about the value of relationships and the territorial network

The experience of the territory: Ambra, Mara and Davide share how the ACLI Rete Lavoro desk in Cologno al Serio was set up and how it works
